From the airport you go out and turn right out of airport.
Follow airport road for about  3 miles then follow the sign that says Philipsburg.
You'll be turning right up a big hill that will bring you to your first roundabout. 
Take the first turn that will bring you down that hill. 

You'll pass Learning Unlimited school then there will be another roundabout.  take the turn to the right.  Take this road around to Great Bay.  You pass Great Bay beach Hotel then shortly after you'll see Villas On Great Bay.  Pink complex on the water.
